Thank you for visiting Jenny’s Workout of the Week page! Jennifer takes great pride in helping her clients perform all exercises with proper form. With good form everyone will minimize sports injuries and achieve peak performance quicker. As you watch these videos, notice her vocal descriptions and how she performs the exercise. Jennifer’s personality, methods and instruction transforms their difficulty into exercises that are “fun” to do.
