Nutrition & Recovery

Get lean with good nutrition!

Obviously, nutrition is a huge part of your training and Jenny understands this better than most. Her years in ballet and body competition taught her to maintain a healthy weight. She feels that if you feed yourself the proper combinations of foods that your body wants you will succeed in your fitness goals.

Understanding your gut is also recommended and she will assist you in using one of her affiliate programs through Viome. Viome is a respected testing facility that provides you with a breakdown of the foods that are good for you and the ones that may be causing inflammation and discomfort hindering your progress.

She will make suggestions into foods, supplements and pain control measures that will aid you in your quest to a healthy, active and strong body.

Recovery, rest and hydration are part of the growth process. Jenny will advise you on how to make sure you are getting enough of each to propel your progress forward quickly and efficiently. Most athletes want to return to working out after a hard session too quickly or after an injury and Jenny will guide you through the maze of acceptable methods for each.
